Respect for other living creatures and the environment is such an important issue for young people. Getting to experience these animals in a natural setting is key for igniting passions and opinions for your child regarding reservation and protection.

Time away from big cities does wonders to young developing minds, and being outside in itself is beneficial not only for physical activities, but also for their mental health.

One student told us that she had always wanted to meet and touch an elephant in real life, and upon arriving at the camp, she was not disappointed. The Asian elephant is on the list of endangered species, so the opportunity of witnessing one in person is a very important experience that might one day be impossible.

Each child is safe within a group with a trained elephant caretaker, whose sole purpose is to help the children to interact while staying safe around these modern day giants.
